Reviews and Ratings
Staying here was like having a mixed experience. On the upside, the room was above the most popular restaurants in Lucerne, and the location was unbeatable, right in the center of the city. However, the service felt impersonal and unhelpful, which took away from the feeling of being welcomed. Dining options were scarce, but the availability of facilities was satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. However, the lack of dining options within the hotel was disappointing. The location was superb, right on the river and close to essential transport hubs, even though the city can be pricey at times.
I found my stay at the hotel quite satisfactory overall. The rooms were basic and simple but had everything I needed, although they were a bit on the small side with tiny beds. The service was friendly, although there were some issues with communication. The location was ideal for exploring the city, offering beautiful views of the bridges. The dining options were limited, but there were alternatives nearby. The facilities were sufficient for a comfortable stay.
